In the first place I must inform you that the day of Dec. 9 Wednesday took place in the auditorium facilities Immaculate Conception of the First IEP Meeting "Regional Strategic Partnership for Young 2009" called "Young Rumbo Leadership" organized by the Regional Government of Lima and Social Development Regional Manager of the same, where among other points was to form the Provincial Youth Council, which began its work in January 2010.

I must say it was a rewarding experience to assess the level of commitment and clarity of ideas that many of the youth of our town, which often have been being neglected in their ideas and projects. I was able to witness young high capacity and preparation, by the way that the squad were young leaders of the various areas of civil society which is a mural of ideas and debate.

The most anticipated match of the evening was the election of the Provincial Youth Council, where he was elected as General Coordinator Neston Janco Capajaña partner, who will have responsibility to lead the new team formed. intact, and give the battle for the cultural identity in our province to be reassessed as it deserves, recognizing and promoting the cultural officers of various branches of art in our society.

to when Peru will have to wait for a President and Ministers with sufficient pants send to hell and implement the Commission once the death penalty for all this bunch of children from their mother?. If both like to walk around with knives and machetes because they were not sent into the jungle trails open?.

Even when good people have to keep these social ills in the prisons where they do their Masters and PhDs in crime and having access to TV, cable, cellular, liquor, etc? Has been of some alleged rehabilitation in prisons and leaving more seasoned?

Because there once we pull the string and send where the hell out ... forever?
